I offer short- and long-term one-on-one therapy to adults.

Initial sessions will focus on gaining an in-depth understanding of your concerns, challenges and needs. It is also an opportunity for you to explore what therapy might be like, and for us to consider what may be most useful for you.

I tailor my approach to the needs of my client and generally aim to work with the client to process difficulties or trauma, enable a sense of personal well-being and achieve satisfying relationships with oneself and others.

Sessions are typically 50 - 55 mins long, and we will generally meet once a week.

The psychotherapy I offer can helpful in assisting a wide range of difficulties, including:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, fears, obsessions and compulsions.
